After School Care Registration Is Now Open

Registration is now open for ASA’s 2026–2027 After School Care Program. The program will begin on Monday, September 14 and is supervised by ASA faculty and staff, providing students with a safe and supportive environment at the end of the school day.
Program Details
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 3:00–5:00 p.m.
- Cost: $20 per child for each day attended
- Half days: Aftercare is not available on half days.
How Payment Works
An initial $320 advance payment per child is required. The full amount will be credited to your child’s aftercare account, and $20 will be deducted for each day attended. Families will be notified when the account balance is running low.
Register in the ASA Family Hub
Complete a separate registration form for each child who will attend. The form includes the child’s expected weekly schedule, emergency contacts, authorized pickup information, required acknowledgments, and advance payment.
Register for After School Care
Registration and advance payment must be completed before your child attends the program.
Important Reminders
- All payments must be made in advance and are non-refundable.
- A late fee of $10 for each five-minute period after 5:00 p.m. will be charged and is due at pickup.
- Please send your child with a healthy, non-perishable snack in a disposable bag each day.
- Schedule or pickup changes must be communicated directly to the main office.
